Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your style! If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of deliveryfor an exchange or store credit only. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.
1. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must meet these strict criteria:

Unworn & Unwashed: Clothing must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, and pet hair.

Tags Attached: All original brand and price tags must still be attached.

Delivery Window: Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of your tracking number's delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For safety, hygiene, and clearance purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

Sale, clearance, or promotionally discounted items
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping labels and covering all return shipping costs.

Tracking Required:You must use a trackable shipping service (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

Exchange Shipping:While you pay to send the original item back, we will ship your new exchange size to you completely free of charge.
4. Store Credit & Processing Time

Inspection:Please allow 3–5 business days from the date your package arrives for us to inspect your items.

Issuance: Once approved, your store credit will be emailed to you as an electronic Wix gift card code. This credit never expires.
5. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@napolloclothing.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Indicate if you prefer an exchange (specify size/color)or store credit.

Package your items securely, purchase a trackable shipping label at your preferred carrier, and mail the package to:

Reply to our email with your return tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
